BING MAP SHOWS GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION FOR YOUR CAMERA ROLL !!!
This is an interesting fact once you read out , I share my personal experience with this post . I switch over to windows from android phone from January 2013, I have an habit that I will upload my camera roll images to my skydive account while I turn ON WiFi in my office, Once it is uploaded I will delete all my camera roll image and make space free for my next rollover. Once a day I login to my skydrive account to check my uploads on the while I saw the location on bing map where the image has been taken.
You will find the exact location [ latitude and longitude ] point in Bing maps where the image has been taken from your camera. It is made possible with the the option [Geographic location] in your Windows Mobile. The main control is in your windows phone showing location or turning off it.
If you are new to windows mobile this will be an very interesting factor once you see your camera image with latitude and longitude points without switching on your WiFi or data transfer in your mobile. Live along with windows in a great a way and move further
How to turn on / off your geographic location:
# Go to settings in your windows mobile.
# Go for a option >> Location as a default it will be turned off . Make it , this phrase will appear “when location services are on , your current location will be available to any apps you’ve allowed ta access it“. If you want to read more click on privacy settings it will takes you to privacy settings windows page.
# From this option your location will be tracked for every image capture by your mobile. The location will not appear on transfer images (Bluetooth or WiFi transfer) , It appears for only camera roll images.
IN SKY DRIVE :
While the image is viewed in your skydrive, the geographic location is tilted on right of the image. Click resize window on geographic map to check your latitude and longitude your particular image where it has been taken.
