Step 1: Instagram Product Tagging: You should have a Instagram Business profile.

Step 2: Create your Shop at Facebook

To tag your product to your Instagram post – you should have a shop at facebook, if not create one

Facebook Shop: Go to your company page  -> find shop option on your left from the menu and create a shop for your products. Give a title, Rate, Description and landing page URL for a checkout. The Product will be placed for a review and it will be published shortly, Read Product policies before submitting products.

Step 3: Update your Instagram App

This Feature is available from 52.0 version -if you not getting Instagram product inside your business then means your app is not updated.

Step 4: Sync your Instagram with Facebook Shop

Your Business profile must be connected to Connect to the Facebook catalog, this can be managed on Facebook Business Manager. Sync Facebook shop and Instagram business profile by option tab. Inside options tab, there will be a product section hit it and activate. There will be a couple of Screen asking for permission accept it and you are ready now to tag products inside your Instagram photos.
