See your G+ friend post on your Google search
HOW TO FIND YOUR G+(PLUS) FRIEND RESULTS ON YOUR GOOGLE SEARCH – When we have many friends in Google plus profile we feel uncomfortable in following once profile what they are targeting with , Google search will help you in this case by searching your friends name in google search bar.
The instant Google+ recently shares with profile snippet is displayed in your search result , when they(Google +friend) search for you they will find that you have shared their post and notification on them.
This is very helpful in knowing the latest post from your Google+ friend shared on his profile. The snippet displays the the basic information like address , mail id , mobile number , with profile pic if he/she allowed to share with public. Here the snapshot shows about my Google plus (+) friend snippet on Google while searching for his recently shared posts on his profile.

# To bring this Result you must be sign in to your Account if not sign in to your account by this link.
# Approve your SHARED ENDORSEMENT settings READ ABOUT SHARED ENDORSEMENT.

# After doing above steps wait for a little to show results on your friends recent activity in your Google search page.
# Your profile information and recently shared posts on public will be displayed in a snippet while your friend search for you vice-versa how you got your friend result.
# Control your profile information as limited, only to your friend, only to your circle, or Public in your Google Plus settings.
